Refund policy

At Binky Rabbit, we are committed to providing the best service to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns as long as the product is in its original condition, with the tags and packaging intact. Please notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process, email us with your order ID and concern at binkyrabbit7@gmail.com.

 

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved via email, we will share the return address for you to send the product back. Upon receipt, we will conduct a quality check, which typically takes 48 hours.

  • You have the option to exchange the product for a different style, size, or color.

  • For refunds, the amount will be issued as STORE CREDIT, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Refunds back to the original payment method will only be processed in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, following an inspection by our team.


3. Exchange Timeline

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. While we aim to dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible, immediate shipping may not always be feasible if the requested item is out of stock.


4. Shipping Costs

For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, while the shipping cost for the exchanged product will be covered by Binky Rabbit.

Note: We only allow one exchange per order, so we highly encourage you to carefully select the correct size and reach out to our support team for any clarifications prior to purchase.

 

5. Return Approval

Binky Rabbit reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange requests. All decisions made regarding returns are final.

 

6. Custom Orders & Cancellations

Customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

 

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at binkyrabbit7@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram. We will assist you to the best of our ability.
